Job description

Remote: This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Milford, or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location at least three times a week.

This role focuses on creating excellent writing and content design to support privacy and governance efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Author content for items including privacy notices, consents, data policies, and disclosures.
  2. Collaborate with designers, legal staff, marketing leaders, product managers, and engineers.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for all privacy-related content.
  4. Stay informed on regulatory laws and information that could impact customer-facing language and messaging across channels.
  5. Help establish content design governance pertaining to privacy language and standards.
  6. Design great experiences through clear and concise language.
