Role Overview: Contribute to content creation for the NextGen Bar Exam, including launch and post-launch activities.

Job Responsibilities

1. NextGen Bar Exam Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of NextGen Bar Exam requirements, NCBE updates, scoring rubrics, and develop skills in prompt and explanation writing.
2. Content Creation & Management: Create high-quality, test-like questions and explanations for the NextGen Bar Exam, utilizing AI tools and Kaplan platforms for efficiency. Tasks include drafting, tagging, reviewing, editing, and ensuring alignment with skill, subject, and topic criteria, incorporating feedback, and developing content for courses and programs.
3. Product Innovation: Assist in developing and launching innovative NextGen Bar Exam products by leveraging AI and emerging technologies. Collaborate across teams, promote innovation, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
4. Product Excellence: Ensure all learning resources and services related to the NextGen Bar Exam meet high standards of quality and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Licensed attorney (retired or inactive license acceptable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the UBE and MBE structures, content, and scoring.
• Tech-savvy, self-motivated team player with problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of bar exam subjects.
• Applicants with no prior item creation experience are welcome; experience is preferred.
