Job summary

Topps Digital - Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Project Coordinator for Content Design to help grow our digital collectible apps. You will collaborate with our app team to develop, visualize, and design trading cards from ideation to release, working with Designers, Content Producers, Product Managers, and Community Managers to drive growth in our apps.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of design coordination or project management experience, strong organizational skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in design coordination or project management.
• Experience with digital content pipelines, ideally in gaming or mobile apps.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and design software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design projects as primary contact between Content Design team, Live Ops team, and third-party partners
• Proactively identify and elevate project risks or blockers to keep deliverables on track
• Prioritize multiple tasks and ensure raw assets and deliverables are trafficked, and deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and ensure all tasks are tracked and completed
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and timeline
• Intake and triage design ad hoc requests and design revisions, ensuring they're properly scoped and routed to the right team members
• Provide support and feedback to the Content Design and Live Ops teams
• Actively participate in design meetings and provide support to team members
• Work with the team to ensure design standards and release guidelines are met
• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and timelines
