Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Content CRO/UX Specialist to own how our content converts across blog and tutorials. You’ll build the CRO roadmap, design UX improvements, run experiments, and measure outcomes, collaborating with SEO, Brand, Product and Websites teams.

You’ll translate data into actionable changes, write or direct conversion copy that stays on-brand, and prioritize initiatives to move the needle in a fast-growing SaaS/web hosting environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CRO/UX field experience.
• Experience with long-form content formats.
• Analytical rigor; data-driven decisions.
• Ability to write or direct on-brand conversion copy.
• Strong prioritization amidst many ideas.
• Nice to have: content-led or SEO-heavy background; SaaS/web hosting patterns; basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO strategy for blog and tutorials: identify key opportunities, maintain prioritized backlog, set quarterly OKRs.
• Design and implement UX improvements: layouts, CTAs, page structure, copy direction for conversion elements.
• Set up and run A/B and multivariate tests with predefined hypotheses and kill criteria.
• Analyze test results to statistical significance and document findings (win, loss, or inconclusive).
• Ensure winning tests are rolled out and not left in staging.
• Align with Head of Content on roadmap, brand voice, and conversion trends.

Your role at Hostinger

Content CRO/UX Specialist in the Content team. As part of Hostinger’s Content team, you’ll be responsible for owning how our content converts — from building the CRO roadmap and designing UX improvements to measuring what works and scaling it. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with SEO, Brand, Product, and Websites teams.

Your day-to-day

• Own the CRO strategy for blog and tutorials — identify the biggest conversion opportunities, maintain a prioritised hypothesis backlog, and set quarterly OKRs

• Design and implement UX improvements: layouts, CTAs, page structure, and copy direction for conversion elements

• Set up and run A/B and multivariate tests with pre-defined hypotheses and kill criteria

• Analyse test results to statistical significance and document every finding - win, loss, or inconclusive

• Ensure winning tests get rolled out; don’t let them sit in staging

• Align with the Head of Content on roadmap, brand voice, and conversion trends

Your skills and experience

• 3+ years of experience in CRO/UX field

• Experience working with long-form content formats

• UX thinking that goes beyond aesthetics — you can diagnose why users don’t convert

• Analytical rigor — you’re comfortable with data, know its limits, and make data-driven decisions with confidence rather than gut feel

• Ability to write or direct conversion copy that stays on-brand

• Strong prioritization instincts — more ideas than available time is the default, and you’re comfortable with that

• Nice to have: experience in a content-led or SEO-heavy environment, familiarity with SaaS/web hosting conversion patterns, or basic HTML/CSS knowledge
