Job summary

KS Team in Fairfax, VA is seeking a creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to grow our digital presence and bring our brand to life through engaging, high-quality content. You will own the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, produce and edit short-form video, social graphics, and platform-specific creative, and write compelling copy.

This hybrid role requires taking ownership from strategy through execution, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with the team

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience with short-form video production and editing.
• Proficiency in Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and brand management skills.
• Working knowledge of social analytics, platform trends, and content optimization.
• Creative, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to own projects from strategy through execution.

KS Team, one of the leading real estate teams in the DC Metro area, is looking for a creative, results-driven Content Creator & Social Media Manager to grow our digital presence and bring our brand to life through engaging, high-quality content.

What You’ll Own

• Develop and execute organic social and content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Own the content calendar, publishing cadence, and campaign execution
• Produce and edit short-form video, social graphics, and platform-specific creative
• Develop compelling social copy, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand voice
• Conduct trend and competitive research to identify new content and growth opportunities
• Lead content capture and production across the business
• Drive community management and audience engagement
• Track KPIs and performance analytics to optimize content, reach, engagement, and growth

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing
