Job summary

NexCore Group is seeking a Content Creator in Denver, CO to bring company stories and priorities to life across social, email, web, PR, video, and internal channels. You will work with Marketing to develop high-quality content that strengthens brand visibility and engagement.

You will produce content from concept through publishing, adapt for different audiences, and collaborate with design, digital, PR, and external resources to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, content marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating content across social, email, web, long-form, video, and campaign channels.
• Strong understanding of social media, particularly LinkedIn.
• Experience using AI tools to support content creation and production.
• Comfortable interviewing executives and subject matter experts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience in real estate, healthcare, senior living, or multi-location environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Create compelling content aligned with NexCore and Experience Senior Living marketing priorities across multiple channels.
• Produce content from concept through writing, editing, publishing, and distribution.
• Turn milestones, wins, culture stories, recruiting initiatives, and company news into engaging content.
• Repurpose stories across channels to maximize reach and maintain brand voice.
• Create content across social media, email, web, blogs, case studies, newsletters, and video.
• Draft scripts, interview questions, campaign copy, messaging, and briefs.
• Support marketing campaigns across channels and collaborate with design, paid media, PR, and external resources.
• Adapt content for different audiences, platforms, and business objectives.
• Draft press releases, announcements, contributed articles, and other communications.
• Support PR initiatives, awards, speaking opportunities, and industry recognition.
• Create internal communications supporting initiatives, culture, and employer brand.
• Collaborate with People & Culture and leadership on employee and executive communications.
• Interview subject matter experts and leaders to develop authentic content.
• Track engagement, reach, traffic, and other metrics; use insights to improve future content.
