Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, production, storytelling, or digital media.
• Experience creating content within longevity, wellness, health, fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle.
• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and audience growth.
• Ability to move from idea to production quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy and creative direction for assigned clients.
• Research audiences, trends, and content opportunities.
• Develop strong concepts, hooks, and creative angles.
• Write scripts for short-form videos, ads, and organic social content.
• Produce content from idea through execution.
• Work closely with Video Makers, Editors, and other creatives to bring ideas to life.
• Lead or support shoots when needed.
• Review content and provide clear creative feedback.
• Quality-check content to align with strategy, brand, and tone.
• Use performance data to understand what’s working and improve future content.
• Prepare monthly creative learnings and recommendations.
• Create and test different versions of concepts, hooks, and formats.
• Help develop static content, carousels, and other social-first formats.
• Build organic content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Manage multiple content streams while keeping quality and deadlines high.
• Stay on top of trends and identify new opportunities for engaging content.
