Overview

Content & Creator Insights Analyst - TikTok LIVE Gaming

Responsibilities

• Content Demand & Supply Analysis
  • Analyze creator and viewer metrics to spot content and creators gaps and opportunities by genre/segment.
  • Build and maintain recurring dashboards; surface anomalies and prioritized insights to Algo PMs and Creator Growth teams.
  • Translate findings into actionable creator-facing guidance and shortlists.
• Content Growth Initiatives & Activations
  • Plan and execute targeted content growth initiatives (e.g., trend reviews, storyline formats, milestone moments).
  • Package initiatives into briefs, calendars, and creator toolkits; drive execution end to end and iterate on results.
• Feature Adoption & Education
  • Work with PMs and Product Operations to drive adoption of key revenue/interaction features via training decks, examples, promotion and activations.
  • Track feature usage uplift and refine education materials accordingly.
• Content Quality & Integrity
  • Help codify and communicate quality standards; promote sustainable engagement formats.
  • Partner with Policy/Moderation to uphold guidelines; spotlight best-practice content.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in data analysis, content/growth ops, or creator/gaming ecosystems.
  • Strong SQL, R/Python, strong SQL and BI tool expertise, knowledge and ability to wrangle large datasets.
  • Clear communication to translate complex stats into actionable content and creator growth strategy. Rigor in constructing scalable, sound data processes.
  • Deep understanding of gaming creators, livestream formats, and viewer engagement drivers.

Job Information

For Pay Transparency Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $143556 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
