Content Creator in Business Studies, Accounting & Finance

We are seeking a charismatic and creative Content Creator for a full-time, permanent position. Your main responsibility will be developing engaging video content focused on business studies, including accounting and finance.

Our Team

The Pearson+ Content Team aims to create the world's most helpful video courses, supporting millions of students to succeed. We are looking for a team member to lead the development of comprehensive video courses in Business Studies.

Your Duties & Responsibilities

• Co-lead the development of video courses in business studies, including accounting and finance.
• Plan curricula and individual lessons.
• Write lesson worksheets and problems, record lessons and problems.
• Develop team goals and contribute to hiring, training, and process improvements.
• Participate in regular meetings between 9 am-5 pm EST for planning, editing, and review.

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching or tutoring college students in related fields within the past three years.
• Experience developing curricula or assessments, or in educational publishing.
• Experience creating educational videos.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field, preferably in business, accounting, or finance.
• Familiarity with video recording equipment and software or quick learner.
• Willingness to engage with students on social media.
