Job summary

1000Media is seeking a Content Creator to turn ideas into engaging content. You’ll own the creative process from strategy and ideation to scripting and production, delivering compelling stories across topics and formats.

The role requires hands-on, fast-moving execution, strong storytelling, and the ability to produce content for multiple platforms while collaborating with video makers, editors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, production, storytelling, or digital media.
• Ideally experience creating content within longevity, wellness, health, fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle.
• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and audience growth.
• Good understanding of short-form and social-first content.
• Able to work closely with creatives, talent, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy and creative direction for assigned clients.
• Research audiences, competitors, trends, and content opportunities.
• Develop strong concepts, hooks, and creative angles.
• Write scripts for short-form videos, ads, and organic social content.
• Produce content from idea through execution.
• Work closely with Video Makers, Editors, and other creatives to bring ideas to life.
• Lead or support shoots when needed.
• Review content throughout production and give clear creative feedback.
• Quality-check content and ensure alignment with strategy, brand, and tone.
• Use performance data to understand what’s working and improve future content.
• Prepare monthly creative learnings and recommendations.
• Create and test different versions of concepts, hooks, and formats.
• Help develop static content, carousels, and other social-first formats.
• Build organic content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Manage multiple content streams while keeping quality and deadlines high.
• Stay on top of trends and identify new opportunities for relevant, engaging content.
