You are hands-on, fast-moving, with strong storytelling and the ability to craft hooks for short-form videos, ads, and organic social content. You’ll collaborate with video makers, editors, and clients to bring ideas to life.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, production, storytelling, or digital media.
• Ideal if you have content creation in longevity, wellness, health, fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle.
• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
• Solid understanding of content strategy and audience growth.
• Ability to move from idea to production while collaborating with creatives and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy and creative direction for assigned clients.
• Research audiences, competitors, trends, and content opportunities.
• Develop concepts, hooks, and creative angles.
• Write scripts for short-form videos, ads, and organic social content.
• Produce content from idea through execution.
• Collaborate with Video Makers, Editors, and other creatives to realize concepts.
• Lead or support shoots as needed.
• Review content during production and provide clear creative feedback.
• Quality-check content to align with strategy, brand, and tone.
• Use performance data to improve future content.
• Prepare monthly creative learnings and recommendations.
• Test different versions of concepts, hooks, and formats.
• Help develop static content, carousels, and other social-first formats.
• Build organic content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Manage multiple content streams while meeting deadlines.
