Small Door Inc. is seeking a Freelance Content Creator to enhance their veterinary brand across digital platforms, focusing primarily on Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate is passionate about pets and capable of creating engaging content that connects with modern pet owners. Responsibilities include producing, editing videos, and collaborating with marketing teams to develop creative strategies.
Small Door is membership-based veterinary care designed with human standards that is better for pets, pet parents, and veterinarians alike. We designed and delivered a reimagined veterinary experience via a membership that includes exceptional care, 24/7 telemedicine, and transparent pricing - delivered with modern hospitality in spaces designed by animal experts to be stress-free. We opened our flagship location in Manhattan's West Village in 2020 and have quickly expanded across the East Coast. Small Door now operates in New York City, Boston, Washington DC, and Maryland with continued expansion plans in 2025.
We’re looking for a creative, self-starting Freelance Content Creator to bring the Small Door Veterinary brand to life across digital channels—especially Instagram and TikTok. You’ll partner closely with our in-house brand and growth teams to ideate, produce, and edit original content that educates, entertains, and connects with modern pet parents. You must be comfortable filming yourself, your pet, and others. These videos will be posted pre-dominantly on Small Door affiliated accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content creation, has and is passionate about pets, and has a sharp eye for trends, storytelling, and what resonates online. This role pays per project and can evolve into a monthly/yearly retainer.
