Job summary

Nothing Else, a Miami skincare startup, seeks a high-speed Short-Form Content Creator to produce and publish daily videos using CapCut on an iPhone, while building brand reach and community engagement from Coconut Grove. You’ll rapidly edit and publish reels/TikToks and design Canva assets to support promotions.

The role requires living in Miami and commuting to the Coconut Grove office, with a hybrid schedule (4 days in-person, 1 day remote).

• Proven track record of growing social media accounts.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and publish daily short-form videos using CapCut on an iPhone.
• Create Canva stories, carousels, static posts, and promo templates quickly.
• Manage daily community engagement (1–2 hours) via DMs and comments to boost reach and loyalty.
• Organize raw footage and maintain a filled content calendar.

Compensation: up to $70,000 base salary (depending on experience)

• Nothing Else is a one-year-old sensitive skincare company, building a category-defining brand. We're on a mission to remove preservatives (& water) from skincare. We're scaling quickly and hiring for our first full-time employee.

About the Role:

• We need a high-speed, execution-focused Short-Form Content Creator who lives to create, edit, and publish content at maximum volume. We need an operator who executes fast, dominates CapCut and Canva, and spends 1-2 hours every day managing our online community.

What You'll Do:

• Reels & TikToks: Shoot, edit, and publish daily short-form videos on an iPhone with CapCut for advanced pacing, text overlays, sound trends, native transitions, and visual hooks.


• Canva Production: Build sleek stories, carousels, static posts, and promotional templates instantly.


• Daily Community Management: Spend 1–2 hours daily managing DMs, comments, and community engagement to drive reach and brand loyalty.


• Asset Organization: Manage raw footage libraries and keep the content calendar fully loaded.
