Job summary

Straticon is seeking a creative, social-first Content Creator to bring our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn from Deerfield Beach, FL. You will work with the Communications Manager and marketing team to plan and execute the monthly content calendar.

You will own video editing, photography, graphics, and captions, while capturing events and company moments to grow brand awareness and culture. This is a full-time, on-site role in South Florida.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content with a portfolio.
• Strong video editing and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
• Creative eye for design, photography, video and visual storytelling.
• Excellent organization and time management to handle multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Turn media library into engaging, social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Straticon is seeking a creative, social-first Content Creator to help bring our brand to life across social media.

From construction and luxury living to leadership, culture, lifestyle, and the people behind it all, our goal is to build a strong, recognizable brand across South Florida while creating content that raises the bar for how the construction industry shows up online. You will report to the Communications Manager and work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute the monthly content calendar.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Turn our media library into engaging, social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the social team to develop original concepts, recurring series, and creative campaigns that strengthen the brand.
• Edit short-form video, photography, graphics, and carousels for social media.
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Write social copy, hooks, on-screen text, and other supporting content.
• Work alongside the marketing team to plan and execute the monthly content calendar.
• Capture quick, social-first content at events, jobsites, and company moments when needed.
• Support recruiting, events, company culture, project marketing, and company affiliates with creative content.
• Organize working files and completed assets to keep content production moving efficiently.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience creating social media content, with a portfolio or examples of previous work.
• Strong video editing and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar creative tools.
• A creative eye for design, photography, video, and visual storytelling.
• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
