Constellation Brands in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate Content Creation to support the development and execution of engaging content across digital, social, and marketing channels. You will collaborate with the Sr.

Manager, Content and Creative, designers, and broader teams to ensure output reflects the brand voice and marketing objectives. You will help craft content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social channels, while maintaining high quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and consistency.
• Familiarity with CMS and basic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Content Development: create written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, blogs, social media, and emails.
• Research: ensure content is accurate, trends-driven, and aligned with brand strategy.
• Collaboration: work with Sr. Manager, Content and Creative, designers, and team members.
• Social Media Support: develop posts, graphics, and video clips maintaining brand consistency.
• Content Editing: proofread and edit for clarity, tone, and style.
• Performance Tracking: assist in analyzing content metrics and apply improvements.
