Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, CMS, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage complex tasks and information
• Problem-solving independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, team-oriented.
• A portfolio showcasing writing, design, or other creative work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content Development: Create written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more.
• Research: Ensure content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with current trends and brand strategy.
• Collaboration: Work with Sr. Manager, Content and Creative, designers, and team members to support marketing initiatives.
• Social Media Support: Develop social media content with brand consistency.
• Content Editing: Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, tone, and style.
• Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking content performance metrics and improvements.
• Community Management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and inquiries, foster engagement.
• Content Scheduling: Maintain content calendar and meet deadlines.
• Campaign Strategy: Lead content strategy for campaigns and product launches, ensuring brand standards.
