Pine Cove, Inc. is seeking a part-time Content Coordinator to manage editorial planning and content creation across Inside the Cove and alumni communications, LinkedIn, and social channels. The role supports timely email approvals and cross-platform content movement while upholding Pine Cove’s values.

The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, familiarity with digital publishing tools, and the ability to juggle multiple pieces of content with a positive, Christ-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field.
• Experience with digital content publishing platforms like WordPress is helpful.
• Excellent writing skills including spelling and grammar.
• Able to write emails that are short, punchy, in Pine Cove’s style and tone.

Responsibilities

• Lead editorial planning and content creation for Inside the Cove weekly email and monthly staff alumni email newsletter.
• Coordinate marketing and resource email approvals.
• Oversee and manage Pine Cove’s LinkedIn page.
• Oversee content creation, posting, and monitoring of social channels including @pinecovestaff and @pinecovealumni.
• Responsible for other tasks as directed.
