Job summary

Novibet is seeking a Content Coordinator (Portuguese Speaking) to craft and manage promotional content across newsletters, landing pages, and CRM channels. You will ensure timely, accurate communications and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.

You will collaborate with design and local teams to deliver campaigns, track and optimize content, and refresh site sections with the latest information. A strong writing background in sports or online gaming contexts is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Native Portuguese speaker or equivalent fluency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in content writing or copywriting, ideally within sports betting, sports journalism, or the online gaming industry.
• Experience with CRM campaigns, promotions, or bonus setups is considered a strong advantage.
• A keen interest in or familiarity with Online Gaming products (Sportsbook & Casino) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Write and produce engaging, high-quality copy across all CRM and marketing channels, including newsletters, landing pages, push notifications, promos, and inbox messages.
• Develop and adapt related content for multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent and clear brand voice.
• Create, manage, and execute promotional campaigns, bonuses, and tournaments from start to finish, strictly following the editorial calendar.
• Ensure accurate CRM campaign execution, minimizing operational risks through meticulous checking of configurations and setups.
• Coordinate campaign assets with the Design team, providing clear and concise briefs to ensure timely delivery of appropriate artwork.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and local teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Keep website content accurate, optimized, and up to date, ensuring all site sections are regularly refreshed with the latest information.
• Contribute to style guidelines and best practices, suggesting improvements to maintain strict content consistency across all touchpoints.
