We’re seeking someone highly organized, a strategic content marketer, and passionate about shaping brand presence within online communities. Reddit is becoming a key content marketing frontier, and this role places you at the forefront of growth marketing innovation. You will develop and execute strategies for clients eager to stand out in a dynamic landscape, helping define best-in-class Reddit marketing. As the first hire in our Reddit vertical, there is significant opportunity for growth into a team lead position as the program expands.

Compensation

• $55,000-$70,000 per year

What you’ll do:

The Reddit Content and Community Manager will collaborate with our internal team, clients, and Reddit community moderators to create and implement successful brand engagements on Reddit. Responsibilities include research, content strategy, coordinating efforts, analyzing results, and iterating strategies to meet client KPIs. You’ll play a key role in helping clients gain visibility and credibility on one of the internet’s most influential platforms.

You’ll be accountable for:

• Monitoring and engaging in relevant Reddit threads across multiple clients and industries
• Drafting thoughtful, brand-aligned comments and posts supporting client narratives
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand positioning and priorities
• Creating and managing content calendars for Reddit activity
• Tracking performance and sentiment across Reddit initiatives
• Applying Reddit best practices and insights to refine strategies
• Managing a community of freelancers

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in community management, content creation, or social media (Reddit experience preferred)
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive, authentic narratives
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; capable of juggling multiple projects
• Understanding of Reddit’s culture, etiquette, and community dynamics
• Growth mindset with eagerness to experiment and learn from data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Proficiency with AI tools
• Preferred: Background in marketing, PR, or online reputation management
• Preferred: Experience working with freelancers and distributed teams
