Pay Rate: $58-68/hr W2 based on experience

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday

Job Description:

We are seeking an AMA Lead – Community Marketing Manager to lead the “Ask Me Anything” (AMA) program for our client. As AMA Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing a world-class program from end to end. You will work cross-functionally with Community, Comms, Social, Client, Growth, and Marketing teams to drive success and ensure flawless delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the global AMA program strategy and execution.
  • Develop and implement communications plans and marketing campaigns to grow awareness and engagement.
  • Drive creative strategy across internal and external channels including blogs, and social media.
  • Collaborate with media partners to secure coverage for high-profile AMAs.
  • Monitor performance of promotions and communications and provide data-driven insights and reports.
  • Keep current on trends in social, content, and digital marketing to innovate the program continuously.

Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • 7+ years experience in program management, communications, marketing, or product marketing, preferably within a digital platform or social media environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing/communications campaigns.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a knack for crafting engaging narratives.
  • Experience analyzing performance data and applying insights.
  • Experience in entertainment, media, or influencer/celebrity programming.
  • Global marketing or community-building experience.
