Job Description:

We are seeking an AMA Lead – Community Marketing Manager to lead the “Ask Me Anything” (AMA) program for our client. As AMA Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing a world-class program from end to end. You will work cross-functionally with Community, Comms, Social, Client, Growth, and Marketing teams to drive success and ensure flawless delivery.

Responsibilities:

Own and lead the global AMA program strategy and execution.
Develop and implement communications plans and marketing campaigns to grow awareness and engagement.
Drive creative strategy across internal and external channels including blogs, and social media.
Collaborate with media partners to secure coverage for high-profile AMAs.
Monitor performance of promotions and communications and provide data-driven insights and reports.
Keep current on trends in social, content, and digital marketing to innovate the program continuously.

Requirements:

Mandatory:

7+ years experience in program management, communications, marketing, or product marketing, preferably within a digital platform or social media environment.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing/communications campaigns.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a knack for crafting engaging narratives.
Experience analyzing performance data and applying insights.
Experience in entertainment, media, or influencer/celebrity programming.
Global marketing or community-building experience.
