Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Content & Community Manager (Contractor) to help shape how we engage, educate, and inspire our audience through compelling content and meaningful community experiences. You’ll be responsible for creating content that sparks conversations, showcases customer stories, and brings our brand to life, while helping grow a community of customers and advocates.

This contract-based role can be hybrid, fully remote, or in-office. You’ll report to the EMEA Product Marketing Lead.

Qualifications

• Around 4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, community management, or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
• An exceptional writer with the ability to create clear, engaging content across multiple formats.
• Experience managing content calendars and juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in building communities and creating experiences that foster engagement, conversation, and advocacy.
• A proactive, hands-on approach - you enjoy taking ownership, learning quickly, and helping build new programs and processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content across social, email, blog, video, and community channels that educates, informs, and drives engagement.
• Own the editorial calendar, partnering with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver timely, high-impact content.
• Turn product launches, customer stories, industry trends, and events into compelling content tailored for multiple audiences and formats.
• Write and edit clear, engaging copy that reflects Rippling’s voice and simplifies complex topics.
• Repurpose long-form content into snackable, channel-specific assets to maximise reach and impact.
• Help grow and nurture Rippling’s community by creating conversations, encouraging participation, and celebrating member contributions.
• Support the planning and execution of community initiatives—including AMAs, webinars, virtual events, and other engagement programs.
• Build relationships with customers, advocates, and internal subject matter experts to surface stories, gather feedback, and strengthen our community.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Design to deliver cohesive content and community experiences that drive adoption and advocacy.
