Keller Williams Realty seeks a Communications Coordinator to support our communications strategies by creating content, handling media relations, and coordinating outreach across multiple platforms.

In this role, you will manage daily communications tasks, maintain CRM data, assist with onboarding, respond to inquiries, and help evolve our operations as the business grows. Strong writing, organization, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of coordination experience in communications, public relations, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree; four years of related education and work experience may substitute for a degree.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital content creation.
• Familiarity with media relations and press release writing.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet use and Google office suite, and Gmail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enters referral data into the CRM, accurately updates contact records, and communicates best practices to agents.
• Promptly responds to new client and partner inquiries, and follows up as necessary.
• Compiles weekly portal update reminder lists to email to agents, organizes and manages client/agent update lists.
• Answers inbound calls to the main office line and directs them to the appropriate party.
• Relays general inbound emails to appropriate parties and provides supporting information as applicable.
• Assists with onboarding and agent release tasks, including but not limited to expanding coverage areas in partner portals.
• Managing dialing software, and updating agent records in the CRM and partner portal.
• Ensures that all data-entry and communications tasks above are done with accuracy and high attention to detail.
• Maintains a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous attitude with clients, agents, and partners.
• Evolves in this communications role as business operations expand and automation develops.
• Engages in continuous professional development and collaborates with the JMG operations team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
