Job summary

Mitratech is seeking a Content Specialist to carry the voice of Mitratech Legal Solutions across media, thought leadership, and digital channels. You’ll edit and write content that builds brand awareness and supports growth, reporting to the Senior Content Manager and collaborating with Web & Digital, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing teams.

You’ll steer editorial quality, develop narratives, and support campaigns across website, email, and social.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional writing/editing experience.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience in SaaS, LegalTech, or B2B software is a plus.
• Exposure to PR, media outreach, or exec writing is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Edit and tighten copy for grammar, flow, and on-brand tone.
• Develop clear brand narratives across channels.
• Translate product updates, customer stories into marketing content.
• Coordinate drafts with writers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Support event messaging for conferences and webinars.
• Ensure editorial quality and brand governance across materials.
• Leverage AI to accelerate research and drafting while maintaining judgment.
• Improve search visibility through SEO/AEO practices.
• Contribute to PR and multimedia efforts as needed.
