In this role, you'll support digital content publishing while improving the workflows used to prepare, review, ingest, release, and maintain content. You'll split your time between hands‑on publishing and quality assurance work and building automated solutions that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and increase production speed.
You'll work closely with content managers, designers, engineers, localization partners, and external vendors to coordinate publishing activities and resolve operational issues. This role is a great fit for someone who combines strong content operations experience with practical scripting skills and enjoys turning repetitive or error‑prone processes into reliable, scalable, well‑documented workflows.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $18.00 - $20.00 USD per hour. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
