• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, and training stakeholders and vendors on content standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structured content models and technical standards for digital learning experiences.
• Design, review storyboards and content specs for flows, interactions, validation logic, and accessibility.
• Define standards for autograded content and reusable patterns with clear acceptance criteria.
• Guide vendor partners on storyboard expectations, quality checks, and implementation-ready documentation.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve content development, workflow, and quality assurance.
• Set quality and accessibility expectations and perform final checks before release.
