Eleanor is looking for a Content and Creative Assistant to join our team in Louisville, Colorado.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic and growing marketing team. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creative work. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various departments to bring innovative ideas to life.

The Content and Creative Assistant will assist to develop and grow our Eleanor brand through our online platforms and expand through our storefront, as well as, shape our brand's aesthetic. They will also ensure consistent and compelling visual experiences across all global customer touchpoints. This role will help us bring Eleanor’s immersive world to the customer, while simultaneously helping to elevate the brand and product experience through e-commerce . The Content and Creative Assistant’s role is crucial to support our creative team in developing cutting-edge marketing campaigns, content, and visual designs. We at Eleanor believe in a creative collaborative space, and encourage new fresh innovative energy.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with Adobe, Shopify, email and SMS marketing platforms
• Proficiency in content management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Strong communication
• Retail oriented background is a plus but not required
• Be on time, focused, prepared, enthusiastic and positive

Job Responsibilities:

15-20 hours per week, with growth potential

Assist in brainstorming and ideation sessions:

• Participate actively in team meetings
• Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives
• Document and organize concepts for future reference

Conduct research to support creative projects:

• Gather market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights
• Source visual references and inspiration
• Compile research findings into easily digestible formats

Assist in the production of photo and video shoots:

• Help with location scouting and booking
• Coordinate with talent, stylists, and photographers
• Manage on-set logistics and assist the production team

Assist in proofreading and edit creative content:

• Review copy for grammar, spelling, and consistency
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice
• Offer constructive feedback to improve content quality

Website Maintenance:

• Manage promotions
• Adjust homepage aesthetics to align with marketing campaigns
