Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Own the annual content strategy, editorial calendar, firm messaging frameworks, and content performance KPIs.
• Content Creation & Editing: Translate complex investment topics into clear digital collateral, thought leadership, and sales tools for retail and institutional audiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with investment, sales, product, digital, and design teams to support fund launches and campaigns.
• Compliance & Workflows: Oversee compliance protocols (FINRA/SEC) with Legal, manage production tools (CMS/DAM), and direct freelance/agency partners.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in content/communications, including 3+ years in financial services or asset management.
• Skills: Strong track record in regulated content strategy, complex financial translation, executive presentations, CMS/AI tools, and marketing analytics.
• Preferred: Experience with SMAs, ETFs, or alternative platforms; familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Seismic); distribution exposure to RIAs or wirehouses.
