Priority Waste Resources LLC is seeking a Container Delivery Driver to pick up and deliver containers to customer accounts from our Hamtramck, MI location. The role requires operating manual transmissions, performing on-time deliveries, and maintaining professional customer interactions.

You will work long shifts, pass a background check and DOT drug screen, and stay compliant with safety regulations. The job involves forklift loading/unloading and coordinating with the Route Manager/Dispatch.

Competenze

Must possess a valid Chauffeur's License.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts, including some Saturdays.
Must pass criminal background check, physical and DOT drug screen.
Must have a safe driving record with no avoidable accidents in the past five years.

Mansioni

Performs pre and post trip inspections of truck.
Operates manual transmission truck in accordance with OSHA/DOT requirements and local laws.
Loads and unloads containers using a Moffett forklift.
Completes assigned residential route daily, keeping customer locations free of debris.
Communicates customer requests to Route Manager/Dispatch and reports incidents promptly.
Maintains cleanliness and professional appearance of the vehicle.
