Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an entry-level Operations Analyst to support the contact center by gathering data, entering it accurately, and helping analyze performance to improve service quality. You will follow detailed instructions and learn to assist diverse stakeholders in resolving routine inquiries.

In this role you will engage with internal staff, members, and providers, and contribute to regular operational reports while growing knowledge of labor regulations and performance standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in a corporate or business office environment.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships by sharing information with coworkers and members.
• Complete routine tasks by following procedures and using data with supervision.
• Assist customers with information or direct them to the appropriate party.
• Support operations by applying knowledge of labor regulations and performance standards.
• Gather operational performance data and help prepare reports for the team.
