Sentara Health Plans is hiring a Contact Center Advisor to handle remote, inbound and outbound sales inquiries from consumers. You will identify qualified prospects, provide rate quotes, and enroll eligible customers telephonically.

The role includes upselling and cross-selling products, offering guidance on insurance coverage, and following up with leads to close sales. Prior sales experience and a high school diploma are required, with certification within 60 days of hire.
