• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and litigate violations of consumer protection laws in state and federal court.
• Develop case strategy, issue civil discovery, draft motions, and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with enforcement partners on regional and national matters.
