Trustmark Bank is seeking a skilled documents specialist to prepare accurate loan, security, and compliance documents for complex consumer loans. You will interpret applications, gather missing information, and produce correspondence using Laser Pro and Microsoft Word/Excel.
Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge are essential. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a two-year college degree preferred.
The purpose of this job is to prepare accurate and complete loan, security, and compliance documents and related correspondence for complex consumer loans, including all real estate secured consumer loans, in accordance with the application, legal and compliance requirements, and bank policy and procedures. This job requires the ability to proficiently prepare documents for one or more market areas.
Responsibilities:
High School diploma or GED
Knowledge of consumer real estate collateral, security, and lien perfection requirements (2 Yrs) Knowledge of loan compliance regulations (2 Yrs)
Time management principles to prioritize workload Strong communication/interpersonal skills Organizational skills Detail oriented Computer skills Word processing E-Mail and Internet Customer service Effective analytical skills Ability to use sound judgment
Two year college degree preferred
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
