Job summary

TEKsystems in Pensacola, FL seeks a Member Service Representative to join a high-volume, schedule-driven contact center. After training, this hybrid role offers two days of work from home per week.

You will respond to member inquiries, process transactions across accounts, and promote suitable products. A HS diploma is required, you must have a wired home internet connection, and training has no time off. This opportunity pays $19.75 per hour with benefits for eligible temporary staff.

Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.
• Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
• Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Computer Literacy, Customer Service Skills and Typing Speed (Assessments will be Required)
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent minimum
• MUST be able to have a hard-wired connection to router in home workspace
• No Time Off during training

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
