Position: Member Service Representative - DIGITAL SERVICES

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Pay: $21.50/hour

Job Description:

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.
• Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
• Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED required
• 1-3 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)
• Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment
• Must have high speed internet to work hybrid (must be cable or fiber service, t mobile is NOT a compatible provider)

Training Schedule: Fully onsite first 6-8 weeks, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm EST

Shifts available after training: Monday - Saturday (Sundays off and 1 rotating day off during the week), 1:30pm - 11:00pm, 2:00pm - 11:30pm, 2:30pm - 12:00am, 3:00pm - 12:30am

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
