Job summary

TEKsystems in Pensacola, FL is seeking an entry-level Call Center Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will answer questions, process banking transactions, and assist with accounts while building relationships and recommending suitable products.

The role is a hybrid contract in Pensacola with a $17/hour pay rate and benefits. Flexibility and strong communication are required to meet ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center production environment.
• Outbound dialing via auto-dialer and inbound calls.
• Early stage collections (1–30 days late).
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and use Excel/Office tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
