Responsibilities

• Update and maintain consumer loan accounts, including payments and due dates.
• Process payoff requests and loan adjustments.
• Assist with vehicle title processing and DMV paperwork.
• Handle insurance payouts and related servicing tasks.
• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Maintain knowledge of BSA, SCRA, and lending regulations.
