Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a staff member to assist members with consumer lending needs, providing responsive support by phone, mail, and email. The role includes maintaining loan servicing records and posting payments and payoffs.

You will act as a liaison for member and branch transaction questions, handle credit protection claims and account transfers, and perform credit bureau reporting and corrections while ensuring compliance with credit union policies.

Qualifications

• One to three years relevant experience required for Level II
• Two to five years relevant experience required for Level III
• Strong knowledge of consumer loan systems, car title procedures, credit union and governmental agency regulations and policies
