Job summary

Philadelphia Federal Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Loan Processor I to support loan operations across branches and the operations center. You will review and process consumer loan applications, prepare closing documents, and respond to member inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires familiarity with PFCU products, HMDA reporting, and regulations such as Reg B/Reg Z. Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least one year with PFCU before posting, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of employment with PFCU before posting.
• Register with the NMLS Registry as required by the S.A.F.E. Act.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Financial or member service experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Process signature, credit line, auto, boat, motorcycle, RV and share secured loan applications.
• Handle applications from mail, Internet, Email and Express Center.
• Prepare closing documents for consumer loans.
• Respond to member loan requests and inquiries professionally.
• Maintain HMDA reporting and production targets.
