You will review loan applications, ensure policy compliance, and prepare documents, while maintaining strong member relations and accuracy throughout the loan lifecycle.

The role emphasizes processing speed, attention to detail, and seamless coordination with loan officers and other teams to meet deadlines and uphold SAFCU standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in consumer loan processing and MVD processing.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.

Responsabilités

• Review consumer loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and report any suspicious activity or compliance issues.
• Prepare loan documents in accordance with approvals and policies.
• Coordinate with officers to gather missing information and updates.
• Process post‑closing duties and ensure proper documentation.
• Verify tax, title, and license fees when applicable.
• Ensure timely communication with members and stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with BSA, OFAC, and regulatory guidelines.
