Job summary

Greater Nevada Credit Union, a division of America First, is seeking a Customer Loan Processor to ensure accurate funding for auto, personal, and secured loans. You will verify documents, coordinate with branches, and support timely disbursement in line with internal policies.

The role requires keen attention to detail, knowledge of lending procedures, and strong communication. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered, with the option to work at Eagle Station Admin

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of loan processing or banking experience.
• Experience with LOS or core banking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control review of all loans prior to funding.
• Ensure lien, insurance, collateral info is complete from loan officers prior to funding.
• Provide detailed instructions to branches or dealerships for loan funding.
• Supports post-funding activities including audits, due date changes, trailing loan items, and ancillary products.
• Apply appropriate procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.
