Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loan applications by phone and assist members.
• Analyze credit reports to determine debt-to-income ratios and creditworthiness.
• Provide handoffs to loan officers for processing of approved applications.
• Act as liaison between underwriting, servicing, and branches.
• Follow up with members and refer opportunities for additional products.
