You will coach a high-performing team, streamline centralized loan processing, and ensure compliance while driving sales and profitability.

• 5+ years of financial services experience with lending and sales.
• Proven success in individual sales performance, team leadership, and mentoring.
• Deep knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and credit union products.
• Exceptional communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate the performance of the Consumer Loan Hub - driving sales, service, governance, and profitability.
• Coach and inspire a high-performing sales and processing team to exceed goals and deliver remarkable member experiences.
• Streamline operations and ensure compliance across centralized loan processing, including consumer, indirect, and Commerce Connect loans.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that move the needle.
• Champion our service standards, foster team spirit, and create a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, resolve escalations with diplomacy, and communicate with clarity and confidence.
• Stay ahead of the curve on lending policies, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
