Job summary

BancFirst is hiring a Consumer Loan Officer I for the Seminole, OK location. This onsite full-time role focuses on building a quality loan portfolio, promoting BancFirst services, and engaging with the community.

Responsibilities include consistent policy execution and providing extraordinary customer service while managing multiple tasks under deadlines. Degree is preferred but not required; experience with RESPA/HMDA/Fair Lending is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as an underwriting Consumer Loan Officer preferred.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending.
• Knowledge of loan processing/collection software required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.
• Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrate an independent working attitude within a team framework.
• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio.
• Promote BancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clientele.
• Participation in various community and public events.
• Consistent execution of policies and procedures.
• Extraordinary customer service at all times.
• Assist with other job related duties and special projects as requested.
