Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as an underwriting Consumer Loan Officer.
• Regulatory Compliance knowledge including RESPA, HMDA, Fair Lending and Truth-in-Lending.
• Knowledge of loan processing/collection software.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrate an independent working attitude within a team framework.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and develop a quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals.
• Develop consumer real estate, consumer and construction loans.
• Promote BancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clientele.
• Participate in community and public events.
• Ensure consistent execution of policies and procedures.
• Provide extraordinary customer service at all times.
• Monitor and manage past due portfolio and collection efforts.
• Assist with other job-related duties and special projects as requested.
