BancFirst in Oklahoma ( Harrah area ) seeks an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to underwrite and develop a quality loan portfolio across Construction, Commercial, CRE, and Consumer lending segments. Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred).
• Minimum 1-3 years experience as an underwriting Commercial Loan Officer.
• Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations.
• Must have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums.
• Must have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending.
• Must have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals.
• Promote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships.
• Willing to participate in community events.
• Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Must be able to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio.
• Construction, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate Loans.
• Promote BancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clientele.
• Participation in various community and public events.
• Consistent execution of policies and procedures.
• Extraordinary customer service at all times.
• Assist with other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager.
• Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.
