Job summary

RCB Bank is seeking a Loan Support Associate to assist loan officers in preparing consumer loan requests, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and internal policies.

This office-based role covers Oklahoma and Kansas locations, requires a high school diploma and one year of banking experience; prior loan knowledge is preferred.

The successful candidate will review loan requests, communicate with loan officers, and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced team environment.

Physical Requirements

This position is in an office environment within a climate-controlled facility that can be high-traffic during peak service times. Frequent use of telephone, computer, and other office equipment. Individuals typically seated at personal desk most of the day. Must be able to perform job functions with general supervision and work effectively as a member of a team and independently. Must work harmoniously with diverse coworkers, staff, and customers. Requires regular and reliable attendance and ability to work varying hours.
