Job summary

MidFirst Bank seeks a Consumer Loan Associate for a temporary project to process loan transactions and support system maintenance. The role will assist the team with consumer servicing duties, including loan booking, audits, funding for real estate transactions, payoff letters, and escrow analyses.

The schedule is typically 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime. Strong organization and communication skills are essential to deliver accurate processing and exceptional

Job description

The Consumer Loan Associate temporary project will process loan transactions and perform system maintenance. Will assist the team and work the consumer servicing functions including but not limited to loan booking, audit loans booked, perform loan maintenance, loan funding for real estate transactions, produce payoff letters, perform and review escrow analysis, creating and monitoring reports, ensure timely payment application and working closely with all business partners to ensure exceptional service is delivered to our customers.

The typical schedule is 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday with possible overtime.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in an office environment performing detailed processing tasks
• Efficient organizational and time management skills
• Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Good PC skills, including creating and updating spreadsheets and databases, and word processing

**Knowledge of banking and loan processes/documentation is preferred, but not required.
