Southwest National Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Consumer Loan Admin to support loan services in Wichita, KS. You will respond to inquiries, process payments, prepare loan docs, and assist with payoff quotes while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan accounts in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls, providing exceptional administrative support and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Prepare and review new loan documentation with a high degree of accuracy to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal bank policies.
• Process and post loan payments accurately within the core banking system and bank-partnered payment platforms.
• Calculate payoff quotes, process payoff checks, and prepare closed loan documents.
• Audit daily data entry for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform general administrative duties and generate various loan-related documents.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience.
• Ability to work one Saturday a month.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• General computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
