The Consumer Lending Specialist at Simmons Bank prepares and processes regulatory disclosures and documentation for consumer real estate loan transactions to ensure they close in conformance with all regulatory and bank guidelines.
Key duties include creating TRID Loan Estimates, coordinating with lenders, underwriters, and title professionals, and ensuring data accuracy across systems while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer service.
