Job summary

North Star Community Credit Union in Minot, ND is seeking a Consumer Lending Manager to lead our lending team and drive performance while delivering exceptional member experiences. You will mentor staff, set standards, and collaborate with leadership to align lending with our community-focused mission.

You will oversee underwriting guidance, loan decisions, and portfolio risk management, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes, adopt new lending technology, and enhance member

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consumer lending or financial services.
• Strong underwriting, credit analysis, and regulatory knowledge.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop teams.
• Experience with lending technology and LOS.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of consumer lending or financial services experience
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, credit analysis, and lending regulations
• Leadership and team development experience
• Experience with lending technology and loan origination systems
• Credit union or community banking experience preferred
